Whenever you purchase a product from Radex Breathalyzers and you’re dissatisfied for any reason, you can send the product back to us within thirty (30) days of the purchasers product received date, for a full refund. Please contact us before returning a product. Radex Breathalyzers will not provide a refund for a product that is received by Radex Breathalyzers more than thirty (30) days after the delivery date of the original purchasers product received date. Radex Breathalyzers also does not provide a refund for returned products that are damaged because of misuse, any abnormal useage, accident, abuse or any other abnormal useage of the product by the purchaser.
Once we have received your product, your original payment method will be refunded within 2-5 business days. Radex Breathalyzers is not liable for products that are damaged or lost in transit to Radex Breathalyzers. We recommend that you ship your returned products to Radex Breathalyzers via a trackable shipment method. Customers outside the United States are responsible for paying any additional fees, including, but not limited to, taxes or duties.
We will confirm receipt of your returned product within 2 business days and we will refund the amount paid for the returned product for the original purchase within 2-5 business days, back to the payment method the customer used to make the original purchase.
